Workout Wednesday: 10-Step Pole Vault With Mondo Duplantis

While on-site for an upcoming FloFilm feature with Mondo Duplantis we got to watch the 17-year-old pole vaulting star get in a '10-step workout'.


The Workout:
8-10 vaults with a 10 step approach (a full approach is 18 steps for Mondo)

1st jump: 16'6" miss
2nd jump: 16'6" cleared
3rd jump: 17'6" miss
4th jump: 17'6" miss
5th jump: 17'6" miss
6th jump: 17'6" miss
7th jump: 17'6" cleared
8th jump: 17'10" cleared (10-step pb)
