* Note: Denton Guyer (TX) High School senior Brynn Brown announced on Instagram that she has been diagnosed with a stress fracture in her right foot. This may end Brown's season, and with it national-level (championship or All-American) hopes. We'll keep an eye on Brown as she works through the injury. She was No. 3 on the MileSplit50 before the injury and as high as No. 2. We wish her the best of luck working back to health. You can read more about her story here: https://www.milesplit.com/articles/269368/dear-running-ive-come-to-understand-you-more-than-ever
